Rev. Victoria Guest, Southern New England Conference, UCC Green Congregation Challenge Coordinator, /board Member of Mass. Interfaith Power & Light, presented an Introduction to the GCC in-person with 14 in attendance, last Sunday. Rev. Guest is retired Senior Pastor of First Congregational Church, Natick who achieved Level 1 in 2016, Level 2 in 2018 and Level 3 in 2019. She offered insights and we reviewed some of the things we at PC are doing or have already done.
April 27 Zoom Meeting
Following introductions and why people are participating and what they would like to see happen, this website and links were reviewed and explored with a shared screen to see what is available and how to use it. The consensus is that we need to involve as many people as possible and focus of achieving Level 1. Note: The intention is to engage with others in the congregation, family and community rather than spent time meeting and to share that experience and action.
